Dyersburg, Tenn.–Groundbreaking was held Monday afternoon for The Commons development in Dyersburg and the retailers were announced for the new shopping area. The retailers will include Hobby Lobby, Five Below, Pet Sense and Marshall’s, with more planned. The retail project is estimated at some $15M. At the ceremony were members of the Dyersburg/Dyer Co.
