Walk the beautiful Brian Brown Memorial Greenway in Martin and learn about the edible, and native plants growing along the trail at the Edible Walking Tour at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 15.
The tour will begin at the Martin Farmers Market entrance to the Brian Brown Memorial Greenway.
Participants will receive a plant-ID hand-out. They also will be geo-tagging plants with the app iNaturalist. This activity is optional, but it’s super cool and will be part of more future walking tours.
$5 suggested donation goes toward the Brian Brown Memorial Foundation for the upkeep and beautification of the Greenway.
