French-Italian Bistro Wows Customers In Downtown Paris

Paris, Tenn.–Downtown Paris’ first French-Italian Bistro has opened and customers are flocking to its doors. Stella Nera opened earlier this week in the historic building at the corner of Wood and Market Streets, which has been completely restored and renovated.
The two-story restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, French pastries, breads, salads and desserts. The restaurant features a Sunday brunch, coffee bar and several flavors of gelato. Owner Fay Fassio told WENK/WTPR earlier, “On the Italian menu, everything will be made right there, nothing will be frozen. The baked goods will be baked there, the pasta will be made there.”
The restaurant is open all day, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; 7 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. Phone number 731 407 7707.
