KSP Arrests South Fulton Man On Drug Charges, Resisting Arrest

Fulton, KY–A South Fulton resident was arrested on a long list of charges, including possession of crack cocaine and resisting arrest, after a traffic stop Monday night.
While on routine patrol in Fulton County, Kentucky State Police Trooper James Stewart observed a Nissan Acura being driven with an expired registration plate.   Trooper Stewart stopped the vehicle on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Fulton at approximately 10:10 P.M.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Keith A. Walsh, age 57.  During the traffic stop Walsh gave consent to search.  Several suspected crack cocaine rocks were found on his person. He was arrested and charged with failure to or improper signal, no registration plate, resisting arrest, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree on foot, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Walsh was lodged in the Fulton County Jail.
