Union City, Tenn.—An Obion man is being held in the Obion County Jail without bond after his arrest on a charge of child rape.
Timothy Clay Smith, age 32, has been charged with rape of a child under the age of 13. He was arrested at his residence in Obion.
Smith was arraigned May 7 and is scheduled for a further court appearance on May 21.
