Paris, Tenn.–Elder Leon White of The Church In Paris was one of several speakers at today’s National Day of Prayer Service outside the Henry Co. Courthouse. Speakers included Judge Vicki Snyder, Rev. Bob Palmer of the Sulphur Well Church of Christ, Rev. John Dandridge of the Quinn Chapel AME Church, Rev. Trent Bullock of First Baptist Church in Paris and others. National Day of Prayer Services have also been held in other counties in our area today. C.A. King of Tomorrow’s Hope said there will be a prayer meeting at 8 a.m. next Thursday, May 9 at Tomorrow’s Hope to pray specifically for the community and the local officials. (C.A. King photo).
