Paris Man Killed When Motorcycles Collide

Paris, Tenn.—One motorcyclist was killed and another injured when both drivers were ejected from their motorcycles after colliding on Hwy. 69N around 5 p.m. Saturday.
Killed in the accident was Michael Hill, age 59 of Paris. Injured was the other driver, Phillip Michael Anglin, age 42, of Seneca, Mo. The extent of Anglin’s injuries is not known, but two medical helicopters were called to the scene of the accident.
Tennessee Highway Patrol Lt. Brad Wilbanks said Hill was driving north on Hwy. 69 and beginning to slow down near the intersection with Hwy. 140. Anglin approached from behind, striking Hill, causing both men to be ejected from their motorcycles.
According to the report, Hill was driving a 1994 Harley Davidson, while Anglin was driving a 2010 Harley.
McEvoy Funeral Home in Paris has charge of Hill’s arrangements, which were incomplete Monday morning.
