Union City, Tenn.—Union City Police are investigating break-ins and thefts from city residences.
On Thursday, a break-in was reported at 615 S. Home St., with entry made by cutting the screen to the carport window. Taken from the bedroom was a Glock model 19, 9 MM pistol, Winchester SXP Defender 12 Gauge pump shotgun with chrome barrel, and pellet gun.
On Tuesday, a break-in occurred at 410 W. Jackson St. The shed was burglarized and took a pneumatic air compressor, air hose, two tarps, blue air tank and four foot step ladder. Entry to the shed was made by cutting the lock off.
