Paris, Tenn.- The State of Tennessee Department of Health requires all dogs, three months of age and cats, six months of age, to be vaccinated for rabies. April is designated as Henry County Rabies Vaccination month, with the cost is $6 plus a $1.50 license fee per dog or cat.
All vets in Henry Co. will be providing the vaccinations at their clinics, as they have in the past. The purpose of the in-house visits will be to better serve the needs of the animal and to provide the customer a better opportunity to have their dog or cat vaccinated.
Participating Animal clinics are the Animal Doctor, 224 Memorial Drive, Lakeway Animal Clinic, 2701 East Wood St., Mineral Wells Animal Clinic, 1116 Volunteer Drive, and Paris Veterinary Clinic, 2101 E. Wood St.
