Henry Co. Inmates Taken Into Federal Custody

Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Sheriff Monte Belew and Sgt. Jamie Myrick are shown escorting two inmates into federal custody.
Verdell Crosser, age 63, of 622 Powell St. is being held under a federal indictment for drug trafficking in meth. This indictment was the result of a joint investigation by the Metro Crime Unit, the TBI and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
Rock Foster, age 38, of 1703 Hagler Ridge, Springville, is being held under federal indictment for weapons charges that stem from a joint investigation by the Metro Crime Unit, Paris Police, and the ATF.
Belew said, “The Metro Crime Unit is working tirelessly with several agencies to get federal indictments so that these defendants will receive longer incarceration time for their crimes.”
