Four Arrested In Dresden On Drug Charges

Dresden, Tenn.—Four people were arrested on a variety of drug charges during execution of a search warrant on Hwy. 54 outside of Dresden.
 
Arrested were Danny Blackburn, age 31, of McKenzie; Amanda Bullington, age 27, of Huntingdon; Carey Ann Wilson and Coyce Eugene Jones, age 40, of Dresden, and Carey Ann Wilson Phillips, age 40, of Dresden.
 
A search warrant was executed by the Weakley Co. Sheriff’s Office at 2040 Paris Hwy. 54 and recovered 14 ½ grams of meth from inside the residence along with digital scales, pipes and several pills. Blackburn and Bullington were found inside the house and charged with possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
While deputies were at the residence, Jones and Phillips drove up and both had active arrest warrants on them. 1 ½ grams of meth was found in their vehicle along with a pipe used for meth. Both were charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia in addition to failure to appear warrants.
