Suspect In Triple Murder Held On $3M Bond

Grand Rivers, Ky.—The suspect in Friday’s triple-murder in Grand Rivers is being held on $3M bond as autopsies on the three victims of have been completed.
Autopsies on January Stone, Robert Belt, Jr., and Johnny Mallory were completed Sunday morning at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville.  Autopsies confirmed that all died from multiple gunshots wounds to body.
The accused, 29-year-old Jackie Doom, remains in custody at the McCracken County Jail on a $3M bond.  His next court appearance will be a probable cause hearing in Livingston County District Court.  The hearing will determine if there is probable cause for the case to be bound to the circuit court in Livingston County.
Detectives have started the process of examining evidence recovered from the scene and from the autopsies.  As the investigation continues, investigators hope to piece together the chain of events that led up the shootings which occurred Friday night.  Anyone with information which they feel could be beneficial to the investigation are urged to contact the Kentucky State Police in Hickory at 270-856-3721.
