Martin, Tenn.—A Camden man was arrested on a charge of sexual solicitation of a minor earlier today in Martin.
Martin Police Investigators arrested Norman L. Lockhart, age 47, after he made contact with an individual during an undercover operation.
He was charged with sexual solicitation of a minor by electronic means and driving on a revoked driver’s license. He will be formally arraigned in Weakley Co. General Sessions Court Monday, December 17.
