Dresden, Tenn.—A Dresden man who was caught naked in a women’s bedroom after he broke in has been charged with especially aggravated burglary and indecent exposure.
John Edward Wilson Jr., age 20, was arrested by Weakley Co. Sheriff’s deputies Friday night at a home on Gardiner Road near Dresden.
According to Captain Randall McGowan, the female resident was awakened by her dog barking and found Wilson standing naked in her bedroom. When he was discovered, Wilson ran to the living room of the house and tried to put his clothes back on.
The resident held Wilson at gunpoint in the house until deputies arrived. McGowan said it is believed Wilson made entry through an unlocked door and then locked it behind him once he was inside the house. When deputies arrived, all the doors to the house were locked.
