Paris Man Critically Injured In Electric Shock

Paris, Tenn.—A Paris man is in critical condition after being injured by an electric shock this morning when he came into contact with electrical lines on a roof on which he was working.
Tony A. Wilson, age 51, of Paris, is in critical condition at Vanderbilt Medical Center’s regional burn center.
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office, along with Henry County EMS, Paris Landing Fire Department at the Paris Board of Public Utilities responded to a call about a man who had been electrocuted at 170 Antioch Harbor Rd.
The caller was the victim’s brother and he advised emergency personnel that he and his brother were doing repair work on the barn when the victim got on the roof and came in contact with electrical lines. According to the press release from the sheriff’s office, Wilson appeared to have made contact with the top of the line with his head.
