Paris, Tenn.–Paris Parks and Recreation employees John Thompson, Joel Crosno and Jay Hosford were taking advantage of nice weather Tuesday to work on improving the entrance to the Gerald Howard Municipal Swimming Pool in Eiffel Tower Park. They were installing concrete pads for two benches at the entrance and said they were getting the work done before Wednesday’s expected thunderstorms. Parks employees have been busy at the park on numerous projects, including redoing the interior of the public restrooms and landscaping the outside. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
