Union City, Tenn.–Due to the soggy forecast for Halloween night, trick or treat night in Union City has been officially changed to Tuesday evening city-wide.
Downtown Trick or Treat with the downtown merchants will be held from 3-5 p.m. Residential trick or treating has been changed to Tuesday night, also.
