Henry, Tenn.–The food bank in Henry is short of non perishable food items.
The Henry Volunteer Fire Department asks that you consider donating non perishable food items for the local food bank when coming to the Haunted House this weekend and over the next few weekends.
If you would like to donate but don’t plan to attend the Haunted House then feel free to send the Henry firefighters a message on their Facebook page and they will try to get someone to pick up the items from you.
The food bank is located at the New Life Baptist Church in Henry.
As we reported earlier, entry to the Haunted House is $5 and includes a hayride to the haunted house. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the Henry Volunteer Fire Department.
It will be open from 6-9 p.m. this Friday, Oct. 19 and Saturday, October 20; Friday, October 26 and Saturday, October 27; plus Tuesday and Wednesday October 30 and 31.
You can meet at the Henry Civic Center located at 55 Park Ave. in Henry and will be taken via the hayride to the secret location.
