Paris, Tenn.–Quota Club of Paris welcomed Deborah Mell as a new member at Quota’s meeting at Lee Academy Lunchroom. Mell is sponsored by Geraldine Sykes and will serve on the same committees with Sykes.
Pecans have been ordered and will arrive around the first of November. Pecans are available is halves and pieces and will sell for $12 per bag. Specialty pecans will be available at $10 per bag. Specialty pecans include clusters, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, glazed and cinnamon.
Sinnema is also celebrating 16 years of service with Quota in October.
Members voted to donate to the Paris Henry County Arts Council.
Carman Wright was appointed to fill the position of Director on the Board.
Hog Killin’ will be Tuesday, October 16th at 6pm. Members will enjoy a potluck dinner and Riley Jenkins will entertain the group with Elvis songs.
