Paris, Tenn.—A second man has been charged in the aggravated arson of a hunting cabin on Elkhorn Road in December of 2017.
Henry County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested Troy Batts, age 25, of Pleasant Hill Drive in Dresden.
Investigator Sgt. Bryan Hall told WENK/WTPR Monday morning that Cody Brundage, age 26, also of Dresden, is already in jail in connection with the same arson.
He said both are charged with setting fire to an old farmhouse owned by Gary Fletcher on Elkhorn Rd. that he had rented out to duck hunters for years. He said the farmhouse was a totally destroyed in the fire.
Batts is being held in jail on $35,000 fire.
Brundage was arrested in February and is being held on $200,000 bond.
