Paris, Tenn.—City of Paris Judge David Hessing, right, talks things over with City Commissioner Gayle Griffith and City Attorney Fred McLean during a reception for Hessing today at City Hall. The city of Paris said goodbye to Hessing, who is retiring after over 30 years as city judge. In attendance were members of the city police department, city staff and commissioners.
