Paris, Tenn.—The World Famous Budweiser Clydesdales are ready for the close-ups at the Henry County Fairgrounds and resting up for their appearance on Friday at the World’s Biggest Fish Fry Grand Parade, along with their rodeo appearances this week.
The Clydesdales are in their individual stalls at the livestock barn and are available for viewing and photographs. Their stalls are complete with placards with their names on them, good sawdust, the best Timothy hay and flowers.
Their names are Rock, King, Rocco, Donnie, Denver, Beck, Cash, Sparky, Roger, and Jack. They travel with a Dalmation named Clyde, who has his own pen in the livestock barn.
The Clydesdales are available all day Wednesday for viewing and then Thursday afternoon. They will appear in the parade, which begins at 10 a.m. Friday and then return to the fairgrounds the rest of the day and all day Saturday. They also will appear in the IPRA rodeos at the fish fry this week.
