Paris, Tenn.—A Puryear man who was found sleeping on a field road in the country was arrested on drug charges by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday.
Adam Franklin Kennedy, age 38, of 340 Morris Rd., Puryear, was charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of legend drugs and public intoxication.
According to the report, Kennedy was found inside his vehicle near Conyersville Rd., in the morning by deputies. He was found with 39 pills, with 28 identified as Diazepam, with the other 11 unidentified.
His bond was set at $15,000.
