According to the police report, a Detective conducted a traffic stop on Paris Road. The operator of the vehicle pulled into the parking lot of the Huddle House and the occupants began hiding items inside the car. One of the passengers started to flee from the vehicle as the officer ran to the back door of the vehicle to prevent it from happening. The vehicle was occupied by four adult males from Graves County. The officer observed several bags of Synthetic Drugs, SPICE, in the floorboard of the vehicle. After a search of the occupants and the vehicle, all four occupants were arrested on various charges.
Shatiran Noonan, 20, was the driver of the vehicle. He was charged with DUI, Possession of Marijuana and various other traffic offenses. The juveniles became disorderly and refused officers’ request to disperse. The two juveniles were taken into custody. After the juveniles were placed into cruisers, they began kicking doors and continued to be disorderly. One of the officers opened the door of his cruiser to calm the juvenile down and she attempted to exit the vehicle to escape.
The juveniles were taken to the Sheriff’s Office and met with the Juvenile Court Designated Worker.
