Paris, Tenn.–As is tradition, the World’s Biggest Fish Fry Fish Tent will open Wednesday with a hush puppy toss from Hostess Princess Ali Ridgeway to her father, Brad Ridgeway. A big crowd is always on hand for the Fish Tent opening, as the Paris-Henry County Jaycees and volunteers gear up for serving catfish and all the fixins’ from Wednesday through Saturday. The Fish Tent opens at 5 p.m. and stays open until 11 p.m. Wednesday. Hours for Thursday through Saturday are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Catfish meals are served with white beans, slaw, French fries, hush puppies and drink.
