Stewart County, Tenn.–Logs were everywhere after a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving a log truck this morning in Stewart County. The Stewart County Fire & Rescue was dispatched to Hwy. 149 for the accident. Thankfully, no extrication was needed but one patient was transported to the hospital.
