
Paris, Tenn.–It was a big day for the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction, with 24 slates of good items donated. Bids were high and often all afternoon.
Today, $15,539 was raised, making the overall total so far at $146,242. Auctioneer was Andy Collins, with the Paris Rotary members manning the phones.
Items today were donated by Chapel Hill/Guthrie Rd. community, Holy Cross Catholic Church, TARP, along with rescheduled Inman Band Boosters, Inman Beta Club, Inman Middle School.
There will be another big day Saturday, as items will be donated by West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Hospital. There will be two auctions Saturday. Auctioneer for the day auction will be Wendy Barnhart and Evening Auctioneer will be Noel Hatman. Springhill Baptist and Friends will be manning the phones.
