Paris, Tenn.–It was the calm before the storm of Halloweeners Saturday as the Caring Bikers set up their stand at the annual Spooktacular event at Eiffel Tower Park. Hundreds were on hand for the event, which featured a wide array of activities, from costume contests, Halloween Trail, Dance Pavilion, and Trick or Treating.
