Renovations At UC City Parks Completed

Did you know Union City Parks and Recreation recently completed renovations at two of the city parks?
The Obion County Chamber of Commerce announced that Veterans Park has brand new playground equipment for kids to enjoy along with the other amenities the park has to offer which include a ¾-mile walking track that encircles an 11-acre pond, a fishing pier, and a covered pavilion equipped with restroom facilities. Additionally, the park features the “Armed Services Walkway,” adorned with flags representing all branches of the U.S. military, as well as the P.O.W. flag, the Tennessee state flag, and the U.S. flag.
Charles H. Adams Park also received a newly built pavilion for patrons to enjoy!
