Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City is hosting a community health fair on Thursday, August 28, from 8:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. in the tower conference rooms near the hospital’s main entrance.  Free services offered include blood pressure checks, oxygen saturation checks, medication counseling, balance testing, heart risk quiz, and sleep quiz.  Some of the departments represented will be physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, radiology, pharmacy, and nutrition services.  There will be refreshments and giveaways.
