Paris, Tenn.–Due to a local broadband outage on TEC Fiber, the Henry County Courthouse and Courthouse Annex are experiencing a disruptions of  computer based services including phone lines.
Henry County Mayor Randy Geiger learned Thursday afternoon TEC Fiber has experienced a disruption of broadband connectivity due to cut in a main fiber line.
TEC has not determined when service will be restored and this could affect services at the courthouse and annex on Friday, July 25.  This outage has also caused disruption to the phone service at both the courthouse and the annex due to using internet based phone lines.  Other county offices may be affected as well.
Geiger said, “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our citizens and we will announce  as soon as all services and phone lines have been restored.”
