Mr. Bill Knisley, 87, of Oakland, Mississippi and formerly of Union City passed away June 30th at Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxford. Funeral services for Mr. Knisley will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 7th, in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
