Cottage Grove, Tenn.–The 50th annual Cottage Grove Freedom Festival will be held July 4. Fire Chief John Weiher will be Grand Marshal of the parade to celebrate his 50 years of service.

Parade is at 10 a.m., afterwhich there will be the Firehouse International Kitchen, concessions, hay rides, cake walk, tug of war and hose-spraying, DJ music, corn hole and fireworks at 9 p.m.
