Paris, TN – Paris Board of Public Utilities (Paris BPU) is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Customer Academy, a six-week educational program designed to give local residents a behind-the-scenes look at the utility services that power Paris and Henry County.
BPU Customer Academy is open to customers interested in learning more about how BPU delivers electric, water, and wastewater services, and how those services support quality of life and economic development in the community. Customer Academy is a unique opportunity for customers to engage directly with BPU staff, explore how utility systems operate, and gain a deeper understanding of the work involved in providing safe, reliable services every day. The program will run Tuesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., September 2 through October 7.
