Murray, Ky.–A Murray man has been arrested for public nakedness the third time in two months.
On Tuesday around 8:41 AM, officers with the Murray Police Department responded to a report of a subject outside of a private organization’s building. Upon arrival, officers observed Charles Maupin naked outside the building. Maupin was later arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure 2nd Degree; he was lodged in the Calloway County Jail. This is now Maupin’s 3rd count of this same charge in the past two months.
