Two-Vehicle Collision Claims Life Of Dukedom Woman

A Dukedom woman was killed when the motorcycle she was driving collided with another vehicle in Graves County.
Tina M. Mouser, age 52, was driving a 2002 Harley-Davidson. A Dresden woman, Monica Yoder, age 25, was not injured. Neither were Yoder’s children who were in their child safety seats.
On May 29, 2025, at approximately 1:10 PM, State Police Dispatch at Post 1 received several 911 calls of a two-vehicle, injury collision at the intersection of KY 129 and KY 94 in Pilot Oak. Deputies and first responders responded to the scene.
The investigation determined Tina M. Mouser, 52 of Dukedom, was northbound/eastbound on KY129/KY 94, operating a 2002 Harley-Davidson. At the same time, Monica Yoder, 25 of Dresden, TN, was southbound/westbound on KY 129/KY 94 operating a 2025 Chevrolet Suburban. As the two vehicles met in a curve, Mouser crossed over the center line into Yoder’s lane of travel. The two vehicles collided with Mouser’s motorcycle striking the front driver’s side of Yoder’s vehicle.
Mouser was killed upon impact. Yoder, nor her two juvenile passengers were injured in the collision. Mouser was wearing a helmet and Yoder was wearing her seat belt while her two children were restrained in child safety seats.
KY 94/KY 129 was shut until approximately 2:40 PM so the collision could be investigated.
Sgt. Richard Edwards and Deputy Payton Jackson investigated this collision. They were assisted by Sheriff Jon Hayden, Chief Deputy Jeremy Prince, Mayfield/Graves County EMS, the Cuba Fire Department, the Sedalia Fire Department, the Kentucky State Police and the Graves County Coroner’s Office.
