Paris, Tenn.–With the $4,004 raised today, the grand total for the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is now at $13,580. With the weather calling for a snow storm starting Thursday night, Auctioneer Darrin Thompson said a decision will be made tomorrow about Friday’s auction.
Today’s items were donated by East Wood Clinic, Tomorrow’s Hope, Paris Surgical Specialists, West Tennessee Bone & Joint Clinic, with Thompson as auctioneer. The Lions Club manned the phones.
and Thursday Quota, Carey Counseling, Downtown Paris Association and REI Asphalt Seal. Friday items will be donated by the Osage/Airport community, Party Bounce and Jump and Paris Rotary Club. On Saturday, items will be donated by the Pleasant Hill community.
Auction phone is 644 1695. The auction is held at the Paris Convention Center at 1510 East Wood St., Paris.
The auction is broadcast daily at our radio station WHNY, 104.7 FM/AM 1000; on our website at radionwtn.comand on the Henry County Helping Hand website.
The auction begins at 12:30p.m. on weekdays and noon on Saturdays.
