PUBLIC HEARING
- This hearing is to receive public input on a proposed zoning text amendment which would add package liquor stores to the list of permitted uses in B-2 (Intermediate Business) Districts. Full copies of the proposed amendment may be viewed at City Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
- The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Union City’s intent to apply for a FY 2025 Community Development Block Grant, to identify community needs and to explore the use of CDBG funds to address those needs. The public is urged to attend.
