
Paris, Tenn.–A retirement reception will be held for Phillip Jessie, long-time Public Works Director for the city of Paris, at 4 p.m. January 2 at Paris City Hall. The reception will be held directly before the city commission meeting at 5 p.m.
The reception will honor 44 years of service. Chris Moseley has been named the new Public Works Director.
