Carroll County, Tenn.–The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Association has made some improvements at Lake Halford (former Carroll County 1,000 Acre Lake). New handicap accessible fishing pier and courtesy dock has been installed and ready for use at Lake Halford. Mossback fish habitat has been deployed around the fishing pier with more habitat structure to come. They have also added more baitfish to help improve the fishing.
