Paris, Tenn.–Due to a rainy forecast for Wednesday, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Tennessee College of Applied Technology Henry-Carroll campus has been moved.
Originally, the ceremony was scheduled to take place at noon Wednesday at the site on the Highway 218 Bypass but now has been moved to the current TCAT Paris location at 312 Wilson St. (across from the Henry County High School).
