Paris, Tenn.–Exciting news from ABLE Farms. The Hoof Beats of Hope arena is coming to the ABLE facility.
Kyle Stephens of ABLE Farms said, “We are beyond excited to announce that the arena where so many in this community were blessed with riding sessions for 20 years will once again be home to future generations of riders! Due to the generosity of the Foy family, our plan is to move the arena structure to ABLE Farms, purchase a new tarp (old one was damaged in a storm), and use this arena for hopefully another 20+ years!”
ABLE Farms will be a therapeutic riding experience for kids and adults in Henry County and is located at 1100 Sulphur Well Academy Rd. The program slogan, “ABLE Stables, Where Hoof Beats of Hope are Heard!” says it all.
Stephens said, “This season, we have become acutely aware of the benefit of such a space. We originally scheduled 8 sessions for our pilot group of riders at our outdoor arena. Three sessions have been cancelled to due to rain/wind. All three of those classes could have met had we had the arena up and running! We look forward to giving new life to this special place and having a tangible connection from the past helping shape our future. We genuinely seek to be ABLE Stables: Where Hoof Beats of Hope are Heard!!!”
Stephens also thanked the multiple donors this weekend who gave almost $2,500 on our first weekend toward our $50,000 match between now and Christmas! We are so grateful for this community!
