James Randall Morgan, age 64, of Paris, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024, at his residence. His funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 5th, at McEvoy Funeral Home, with Tommy Willis officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Monday, November 4th, and after 12:00 noon Tuesday.
James Randall Morgan was born February 3, 1960, in Dover, TN to the late Henry and Nannie Elizabeth Shoemaker Morgan. He is survived by a daughter, Anita (Dustin) Cherry of Paris; two sons: Michael James Morgan and Christopher Ryan Morgan, both of Paris; sister, Wanda Faye Morgan of Paris; brother, Danny (Belinda) Morgan of Paris; grandchild, Greyson Lee Cherry; nieces: April Dawn Bright-Morgan and Heather Morgan; nephews: Jared Morgan and Justin Morgan; and great-nieces: Abigail and Felicity Bright. He was formerly married to Debra Stout of Paris.
Randall was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church and a self-employed painter. He enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley, and spending time with his family.
Besides his parents, Randall was also preceded in death by two brothers: Carl Morgan and Terry Lee Morgan.
Pallbearers for Mr. Morgan will be Josh Singleton, Tyler Roberts, Sebastian Black, Marty Spears, Kevin Miles, and Spencer Robbins. Honorary Pallbearers are Greg Bradshaw, Timmy Berry, Timmy Miles, and Junior Anderson.
