Visiting Athletic Directors and Coaches–HOME FOOTBALL GAMES AT HENDERSONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL
Address for GPS Navigation—123 Cherokee Road Hendersonville Tennessee 37075. There is an entrance from both Cherokee Road and Indian Lake Road.
Hendersonville High School has enclosed your 30 complimentary tickets per the region by-laws. Please use the enclosed tickets for access to the games through any gate.
- Cheerleaders in uniform and their coaches will be admitted together at the main ticket gate (no passes needed).
- Band members and band directors will be greeted together and admitted as a group by one of our band hosts. Band chaperones/parents will either need to purchase a ticket or have a complimentary ticket.
- We have a visitor’s press box to be used by your coaching staff, radio, and film on the visitor’s side of the field.
- NO TENTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN EITHER ENDZONE. If a tent is needed for inclement weather, please call and request so we can have one for you.
- Please only occupy the sidelines next to your teams for administrators and essential game-day personnel. Game viewing is not permitted from either endzone.
- We ask that your student section and fans refrain from being on the field or track at any time. We reserve the pre-game on field events for the home student body.
- If your local media would like space to record or broadcast, please have them contact me as soon as possible. This includes a student media crew. They will need to be in the visitor press box or visitor stands. They may not film from the endzone, sidelines, or the home press box.
- TACA cards and will be honored during regular season games. Those cards admit one person.
- Sumner County School Board IDs are accepted for the card holder plus one extra.
- We will park football busses on the curb between the basketball gymnasium and the football concession stand. This lot can be accessed from Cherokee Road or Indian Lake Road. Someone will be there to assist.
- We will park band busses directly behind Ellis Middle School (the dome) by the visitor football gate. You can access this lot from Indian Lake Road. ROTC will be there to assist.
- We are selling all tickets to our athletic events via GoFan. Cash tickets are limited to the main gate, so we encourage your fans to purchase tickets prior to arriving at the gate. Tickets may be purchased at www.gofan.co.
- DRONES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY CAPACITY PER SUMNER COUNTY SCHOOLS POLICY
