Paris, Tenn.–Paris Parks and Recreation Department staff member Austin Conger doesn’t seem too scared of the spooky little girl behind him as he set up displays on the trail at Saturday’s Spooktacular at Eiffel Tower Park in Paris. The city of Paris and Parks Department host the event each year and preliminary estimates are some 3,500 kids and parents were on hand for Spooktacular 2024. A LOT of activities were ongoing during the event, including costume and other contests, guess the weight of Pumpkin Pete, trick or treating, the spooky trail, games of BooGo, and more.
