Huntingdon, Tenn.–Retired Tennessee College of Applied Technology Henry/Carroll Director WIllie Huffman has been named Carroll Countian of the Year and will be recognized at the annual Carroll County Chamber of Commerce 41st annual membersip banquet October 28. The banquet will be held at the Carroll County Civic Center, with the silent auction beginning at 6:15 p.m. and the program and dinner at 6:30 p.m.
