Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Fair officials have shared the good news that the Junior Livestock Auction did indeed exceed the total raised in 2023. The 2024 total is $498,512, compared with last year’s total of some $435,000.
A total 120 exhibitors showed their steer, lambs, goats and hogs in the Livestock Arena Thursday night to a packed house of spectators.
Tucker Kail of Kail Auctions was the auctioneer and officials noted the money was raised “by local individuals and businesses to support our Youth and their livestock projects. Thank you, Henry County! Let’s do it again next year!”
