Huntingdon Receives $829,452 For Site Development At Industrial Park

Huntingdon, Tenn.–Carroll County Mayor Joseph Butler issued congratulations to the Huntingdon Industrial Development Board on a State of Tennessee Site Development Grant award of $829,452 for access road construction, property grading, and water and sewer infrastructure development at Huntingdon Industrial Park South. The site deveopment grant was announced by Governor Bill Haslam
“These important investments will help us continue to develop this important Industrial Park, to help existing partners in Dynamix Casting and Hydro-Gear succeed and grow, and to welcome new partners such as Intocast,” Butler said.
Butler also issued a special thanks to Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development for their assistance and award, to (Chamber Director) Brad Hurley and (Huntingdon) Mayor Nina Smothers for their leadership, and to Senator John Stevens, State Representative Brock Martin, and State Representative Tandy Darby for supporting the funding for this important program!
