Paris, Tenn.—The Downtown Paris Association has announced that the 2017 People’s Choice Award winner at this year’s Festival of Trees is the Christmas tree created by the Tennessee Valley Community Church. The Festival of Trees was held in downtown Paris through last weekend. The DPA also thanks Homestead Gardens and Gifts for providing the gift certificate for the winner. (DPA photo).
