
Murray, Ky.–The public is invited to a ceremonial ribbon cutting on a new section of U.S. 641 between Murray and the KY-TN State Line on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
The event, to be held at 3:30 p.m., CDT, will feature Governor Andy Beshear and area officials.
It will take a couple of days for connections to the existing roadway to be constructed before traffic can be moved to the new 4-lane. There will be a temporary 2-way section of traffic at the Murray end of the project for several weeks while connections are constructed to new bridges over the Clarks River.
Additional information will be forthcoming following the ribbon cutting.
